Brenda Liffland, O.D. specializes in comprehensive examinations and has a special interest in contact lenses and pediatrics. She is certified by the Florida Board of Optometry and is a member of the American Optometric Association Contact Lens and Cornea Section. Dr. Liffland received her first Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from The Florida State University. She received a second Bachelor of Science degree in Vision Science from Nova Southeastern University; which is where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree, as a member of the optometric national honor society.

Dr. Liffland has acted as research assistant and research coordinator at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute, as well as at Vanderbilt University. Her research interests are in the area of cancer control, hematology, Autism and Multiple Sclerosis.

Dr. Liffland is a refreshing addition to our practice and we look forward to her working with our pediatric and contact lens patients.
