All patients will be treated with dignity and respect by all staff.

Patients will receive services in response to reasonable requests that are within the facilities capabilities.

There will not be any discrimination against any patient for any reason.

Patients will receive complete and accurate information concerning the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis in terms that they can understand.

All patients will have any proposed procedure or treatment explained: nature of treatment, benefits, side effects, recovery, alternative treatments or procedures, likelihood of success, cost and/or consequences of not having treatment.

Patients are encouraged to actively participate with the physician and staff in planning treatment.

Patients have access to the information in their medical records and an explanation of that information.

All patients' records will be confidential.

Patients will be assisted in obtaining consults with other physicians.

Complaints lodged by patients against our facility, physicians or staff will be resolved without the possibility of recrimination or penalty.

Patients have the right to access emergency healthcare services when and where needed.
